Walnut kitchen cabinets and two islands in a Tampa home

Kitchen Design and Cabinet Selection

Choosing cabinets goes wrong in the same two places every time: a layout that ignores how the room is actually used, and a color that only looked right on a screen. We go through both with you before anything is ordered.

What’s involved

Layout for the room you have

Where the sink, the range and the refrigerator end up, how the doors swing, what fits around a window or a wall that cannot move.

Door style

Shaker, slab or raised panel. The front changes how a room reads more than the color does.

Color and finish

Painted or stained, and how it sits against your floor, your countertop and the light you actually have.

Storage that matches how you cook

Drawer stacks instead of doors, a pantry tower, a place for trays.

Hardware

Handle shape and finish, picked last so it works with everything already chosen.

Questions we get asked

Do I have to choose from your collections?

No. If you have already bought cabinets, or want something we do not carry, we will still measure and install.

Is the measure really free?

Yes. There is no charge for the in-home measure.

Can you work from photos?

To start, yes. Nothing gets ordered off photos — the in-home measure comes first.

Do you handle countertops?

Countertops are included where specified in the project scope.
